**Work Completed**

1.Translated the module part of Cosmos-SDK documents to Chinese and proofread them.\
2.Tested the average resource cost for the redemption of EOSC fixed voting.\
3.Collated the adjustments required by eosio Trace plug-in to adapt to EOSC, opened the branch test to move to Trace related plug-ins.\
4.Improved EOSC proposal system, and optimized the front-end usage.
