Work Completed

1. Tested EOSC v1.8.3.

2. Improved support for EOSC unit test framework, tester supported EOSC test environment.

3. Added eosc_api_plugin to integrate EOSC-specific API.

4. Collated EOSC document, add the modifications as of v1.8.3.

5. Added updateconfig function to EOSForce contract to facilitate adjustment of chain parameters.

6. Designed EOSC sub-chain architecture solution, organize EOSC heterogeneous cross-chain framework.

7. Developed EOSC Token Exchange contract.
