1\. Tested EOSC v2.0.1 and its stability.

2\. Improved EOSC/[Codex.io](http://codex.io/) node log and state operation\&maintenance plan.

3\. Tested android environment adaptation of [Codex.io](http://codex.io/) java support library, improved development document.

4\. EVM simulator implemented the preliminary version of create action, withdraw action, and raw action.

5\. Introduced RLP parsing algorithm implementation in the contract environment

6\. Updated EOSC upgrade document and coordinated with some nodes to upgrade to v1.8.3.
