Publicity of FIP#11 Freezing Account List Ended, Freezing Execution of Unactivated Account Starts

EOSC Community has publicized FIP#11 freezing account list from September 27, 2019 to October 9, 2019 (UTC+8). The freezing execution of unactivated account balance officially started at 14:00, October 9, 2019 (UTC+8). When it starts, the unactivated accounts are not able to vote or transfer.
