Work Completed
1. Fixed the problems with Codex.ioarrow-up-right merged with eosio 2.0.x, tested the applicability of new features in Codex.ioarrow-up-right 2.0.x.
2. Improved the unit test of EOSC and Codex.ioarrow-up-right.
3. Researched the development plan of Codex.fc supporting different encryption algorithms.
4. Researched EOSC data index query scheme.
5. Redesigned the chain startup proces of Codex.ioarrow-up-right, removed the dependency of the genesis contract.
6. Added a declaration feature of the contractual account on Codex.ioarrow-up-right.
