Work Completed

1. Cooperated with the community to update EOSC system contract and complete the upgrade of v1.7.0.

2. Collated the design plan of Codex.Relay new economy model.

3. Fixed voting supported in EOSC wallet.

4. Merge EOSC with eosio v1.8.0.

5. Reconstruct the codes of Codex.relay system contract according to the new cdt.

6. Reconstructed EOSC docker support according to the community feedback.
